- Business identity: business name, sender name, business email, WhatsApp Business number, language preferences.
- Usage and delivery data: message metadata, delivery status, timestamps, campaign/automation identifiers, and technical logs.
- Connection data: status of channel verification/connection and encrypted provider credentials managed on the platform side.
- Support communications: messages you send to our support or privacy contacts.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and operate the Services.
- Send and track customer communications on behalf of Customer workspaces.
- Enforce quotas, billing, fraud prevention, and abuse controls.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
- Improve reliability, routing, and support quality.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data to perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services), comply with legal obligations, and/or based on consent where required (for example certain marketing communications).
